Below is a sample of the services we provide to our patients,
in addition to the medical equipment and supplies provided. These
services are offered at no additional cost to you or your insurance
program.
Education:
- Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family
and caregiver
- Product and technology training for physicians and therapists
Delivery:
- We deliver within 60 miles of Springfield. It is preferable
that routine and repeat orders be called in 24 hours prior to
delivery. You can request routine supply delivery through the
answering service.
- Pick-up and delivery of product
We take complete care of the patient's needs:
- 24 hour emergency service is available for oxygen equipment
related emergencies after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
- In-store health clinics (blood pressure, respiratory, glucose,
etc.)
- Evaluation of client for specialized products.
- Evaluation of client’s home for wheelchair accessibility
- Time and travel to secure proper documentation for patient
- Time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling
- Pressure mapping for proper seating system
- Monitoring use of product
- Billing of primary or secondary payer sources
- Rework of denied claims
- User compliance reports
- Loaner products while client’s product is in for service
- Provide oxygen conserving devices for client’s ease of
portability of O2
